Returns & Refund Policy

If you want to cancel your order, you can only do so under the following circumstances: your order hasn’t been delivered within 40 days; you discover a fault in the product within 14 days of receipt. If your order falls under these conditions, Wonderbly will refund all the money you paid, including delivery charges. To cancel, email us at hello@wonderbly.com. However, if the product is personalized or made to your specification, you can't cancel it unless it's faulty. Make sure to return the product in its original packaging, and your statutory rights remain unaffected by these terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

You have a limited time to make changes to your order after placement. Once this period passes, you'll be notified, and production will begin. To edit, log in, select the order, and make changes if still within the edit window. After editing each item, click "Done" and then "Save Changes." If no edit button is visible, the order is in the printing phase, and changes are no longer possible.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Each book is made to order and takes one to three business days to prepare, print and ship. Once shipped, orders take about two to four business days to arrive. Wonderbly does not offer free shipping at this time.
