The idea for Williams Sonoma was born on a trip to Paris, where founder Chuck Williams became enchanted by the top-quality French cookware available to local chefs. Standard Shipping: Standard shipping arrives in four to five business days on most items. (Personalized items take an additional two days). Standard shipping rates start at $5.95 for orders of up to $15, and increase as orders get larger.

Next-Day Shipping: Next-day shipping orders arrive the following business day if ordered before 6 p.m. Next-day shipping costs an additional $26 on top of the standard shipping fee.

Unlimited Flat Rate Shipping: Unlimited flat rate shipping is available on qualifying furniture items and certain non-furniture items. These orders don’t ship until all items included in your order are available for delivery. The cost of unlimited flat rate shipping will vary depending on your location and order amount.

Gift Cards

Williams Sonoma gift cards are available in both traditional, plastic form and digital e-gift card form. Gift cards can be purchased at values between $25 and $500.

Physical gift cards come in a gift envelope with a personalized message. Gift cards can be mailed with standard delivery for free, or with next-day delivery for the shipping fee of $12.

E-gift cards can also be customized with a personal message, as well as a chosen design or photo. Digital Williams Sonoma gift cards are sent to recipients via email.

Curbside and Store Pickup

Williams Sonoma lets you place an order, then pick it up in store for free -- usually on the same day. To place an order for pickup, filter your search by “Pick It Up Today” and make sure the location is set to your local store. On the product page, select “In-Store” Pick Up, then hit “Add to Cart”.
