How do I sign up for rewards with Walgreens?
At the bottom of the company's homepage, you'll see a link to myWalgreens. On that page, there will be a red "join free now" button. You'll be prompted to create a customer account from there. If you were a Balance Rewards member, you have until April 16, 2021, to roll over your rewards. Walgreens closed their Balance Rewards member program, so you should sign up for myWalgreens to continue being rewarded. You must be a U.S. resident and at least 16 years old to join. Young adults between ages 16 and 21 in Puerto Rico need parental permission.

What is Walgreens' shipping policy?
Shipping costs are calculated based on an order's size, weight, shipping address and shipping method. If you need your order urgently, you can pay extra for expedited shipping. Overnight shipping is only available for contact lenses and prescriptions.

What is Walgreens' return policy?
Most items that were purchased from the company's website can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. You need to include the original receipt with your return. Walgreens started out as a neighborhood drug store in 1901 in Chicago, Ill. How Charles R. Walgreen, Sr., got into the drug store business is an interesting story. As a teenager, he accidentally cut off part of his middle finger while working at a shoe factory and had to give up playing sports.
