Warranty repairs should only be carried out by an approved service center.

If the item is repairable and covered by a warranty, the company does so at zero cost to the customer. For irreparable items under warranty, Samsonite covers the cost of sending a comparable replacement. Repairs carried out by Samsonite under warranty exclude damage caused by neglect, misuse, carrier damage, and normal wear and tear.

Items arrive within two to five business days following one to two days of order processing. Lock Instructions

Samsonite takes great care to provide customers with the information they need for smooth and easy purchase and setup. Returns

If for some reason a customer needs to return a Samsonite item, they have up to 60 days from the shipping date to claim a full refund. It takes up to 14 days to process a return. In case an item is damaged during transit, Samsonite will replace the product and refund any shipping fees.
