Shipping

Pidan currently only ships within the contiguous U.S. Unfortunately, shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii or any of the U.S. territories. All orders are shipped no later than three business days and will arrive within two to seven business days. If there are any delays, Pidan will do their best to alert you. Orders are shipped from multiple U.S. warehouses and may arrive in separate boxes.

Discounts

Email subscribers are the first to know about new products and exclusive offers. Sign up by entering your email address on the signup form on their website. Return and Refund Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, Pidan accepts items for return or exchange within seven days of delivery. With the exception of defects, items must be in their original unopened and unused condition to be eligible for a return or exchange. Items that arrive damaged or incorrectly fulfilled must be reported immediately to customer service. To initiate a return or exchange, email meow@pidan.com with your order number, a photo of the product, and the reason for return. Once Pidan reviews and approves the return, you will need to ship the product within five business days with the provided label. Customers will be refunded the full amount of their purchase, but the shipping fee will not be refunded unless the return was due to a damaged or faulty product.
