About H&M
H&M is a retailer known for fast-fashion apparel. Erling Persson founded the company in 1947 with one shop in Sweden that he called Hennes, which translates to hers. The shop sold only women's clothing. He would later add shops in Norway as the chain grew. After acquiring a company that sold hunting gear for men, Persson brought men's clothing into his shops and changed the name to Hennes & Mauritz, which eventually led to the H&M name. H&M has a long history of collaborating with famous faces. The chain introduced a line of fashions from Karl Lagerfeld in 2004 and Stella McCartney in 2005. There are now more than 5,000 H&M stores around the world in 74 countries. Stefan Persson, the son of the original founder, now operates the company, which has sales of more than $25 billion a year. H&M sells clothing for men and women today as well as teens and children.

H&M stores have large donation bins that let shoppers get discounts when they bring in old clothes. Customers can donate up to two bags of clothing per day and get a 15% discount. Last Chance Sales
While H&M has a permanent sale page with hundreds of items available, it also has a Last Chance section online. This includes products priced at 70% off or more. Shoppers can view all of the products in this section or they can check out those for men, women or kids. They can also sort through the section based on size and price.

Refer a Friend
Customers who join the loyalty program can invite their friends through the app. When their friends sign up for free rewards account and purchase products, the person who invited them gets an extra 50 points.

The H&M text club gives shoppers an easy way to get a promo code. Shoppers simply send a text message to 70703 to sign up, and they get a 20% discount.

Free Ship to Store
Customers who spend a minimum of $40 on a single order qualify for free shipping to a local store. H&M offers this option for shoppers in Los Angeles, Chicago and New York City. Those who spend less than $40 can pay $3.99 to pick up their orders from the store.

Returns
