After your first order, you’ll start receiving a box of food every week on a consistent schedule. Shipping costs $9.99 per week.

What is Factor's return policy?

If you are unhappy with any part of your Meal Box, or a specific meal, contact Factor customer service within five days of the date you received the item. Factor will review your feedback and determine whether a credit or refund can be provided. Photographs of your meal, or a full return of the meal, may be required before a refund is issued.

Does Factor price match?
