Returns & Refund Policy

BYLT Basics accepts return or exchange requests within 30 days from the purchase date. The items must be in new and unused condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached and intact. To make a return, you may use your own shipping method or utilize the company’s shipping service for a flat convenience fee of $7. Shipping & Delivery Policy

BYLT Basics provides free shipping on orders over $75, while other orders qualify for discounted flat rate shipping for $7. During holiday seasons, order processing will take two to three business days. Once your items have been shipped, they will be delivered within three to seven business days. Orders are sent from Irvine, California, and are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Expedited orders will be delivered within two to three business days from the ship date, with payment processing time not included in this estimated delivery window.

Pickup Options

If you find yourself within a 50-mile radius of our BYLT Basics showroom retail store at 17421 Derian Ave., Irvine, California, you have the option to shop online and select in-store pickup with the Local Pickup option during checkout. Your order will be processed and prepared for pickup within one to two business days.
