Returns & Refund Policy

Birkenstock accepts returns and exchanges that are initiated within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, navigate to the Returns Instructions page of the Birkenstock website and submit your order number, email address and ZIP code. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. When your return is received, you’ll be refunded through your original payment method within two to three weeks.. Shipping charges from your order are nonrefundable.

UPS Ground shipping takes between two to five business days to deliver after one to two business days of processing. UPS 2 Business Day Select, $25 to the continental U.S. and $30 to Alaska and Hawaii, must be placed by noon ET to ship the same day.

If you live within 50 miles of a Birkenstock flagship store, you’ll have the option to pick up your order in store.
